We want you to be satisfied with your purchase of Toki Pro. Here is how we handle refunds and license cancellations.
1. Free Trial
Toki Pro includes an automatic 7-day free trial upon installation. You do not need to provide credit card or billing details to use this trial. No charges will ever be processed automatically at the end of the trial period.
2. 3-Day Refund Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with Toki Pro, you are eligible for a full refund within 3 days of your purchase.
- To request a refund, please contact us at connect.vedant@outlook.com with your purchase email address and/or Dodo Payments transaction ID.
- Refunds are processed through Dodo Payments and typically appear back in your account within 5–10 business days depending on your financial institution.
3. License Invalidation
Upon a successful refund, the license key issued to you will be permanently deactivated. Any active browser instances running Toki Pro using that key will automatically downgrade to the Free tier.
4. Cancellations
Since Toki Pro is currently offered as a one-time lifetime license upgrade, there are no recurring subscription charges to cancel. If we offer monthly subscriptions in the future, you will be able to cancel recurring payments at any time through the Dodo Payments Customer Portal link provided in your purchase confirmation email.
