Welcome to Toki - Screen Time Tracker ("we", "our", or "Toki"). By installing and using our Chrome Extension, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. License Agreement
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Toki Chrome Extension in accordance with these terms.
- Free Tier: Provides basic screen time tracking for the last 7 days of browsing, limited to your top 3 visited sites.
- Pro Tier Upgrade: Unlocks lifetime history, full site lists, weekly recap notifications, and advanced trends. A Pro license is valid for one active browser instance at a time.
2. Payment & Licensing
Upgrades to Toki Pro are processed securely through our Merchant of Record, Dodo Payments. By purchasing a Pro license key, you agree to Dodo Payments' billing terms. We do not store or collect your payment details directly.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to modify, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of Toki. You agree not to distribute or resell Toki license keys or bypass our license verification systems.
4. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Toki is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the operation or safety of the extension. Because all tracking data is stored strictly on your own device, we are not liable for any data loss resulting from hardware failure, browser profile deletion, or uninstalling the extension.
5. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence, without regard to conflict of law principles.
